Casares

Located on the second floor of a protected heritage building, Casares celebrates the authenticity of the existing architecture by carefully preserving its original walls, timber ceilings and historic flooring. Rather than imposing a single dining hall, the design embraces the character of the former residence, transforming each room into a distinct destination with its own atmosphere and purpose.

The restaurant unfolds through a sequence of unique spaces, including a private dining room, a fireplace lounge, an open kitchen dining room and a vibrant bar. Each room is defined by its own palette, furniture and lighting while remaining connected through a cohesive material language inspired by Spanish architecture, craftsmanship and hospitality. The result is a dining experience that feels intimate, layered and naturally integrated within the historic fabric of the building.
