The project embraces the character of the existing building, preserving its masonry walls, vaulted openings, and layered traces of time. Rather than competing with these elements, the intervention introduces a restrained palette of natural materials, soft textiles, and handcrafted furnishings that reinforce the building’s inherent warmth. Tables are arranged to create a rhythm of private moments and communal encounters, while greenery softens the robust architectural shell and strengthens the connection to nature beyond the windows.
