Gergeti Residence is a contemporary private apartment designed aroundopenness, natural light and material authenticity.

The project explores a restrained architectural language where warm timber surfaces, natural stone and textured finishes create a calm and timeless living environment.

Large glazed openings establish a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces, allowing daylight, landscape and seasonal changes to become part of the everyday experience.

The design prioritises spatial clarity, comfort and permanence, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply residential.
