Located in New York, Laliko reinterprets Georgian dining through a contemporary spatial language.

The project combines handcrafted elements, restrained materials,and layered textures to create an atmosphere rooted in culture and adaptedto an international context.

In 2025 it became the first Georgian restaurant in New York to receive a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction.
