Located in Saguramo, near Tbilisi, this residential compound was designed for five families within a unified masterplan that balances privacy, community and landscape.

The development consists of five detached residences complemented by shared amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness facilities, a multifunctional sports court and a communal gathering space.

The architectural concept is based on openness and connectivity. Internal fences were intentionally omitted, allowing the landscape to flow seamlessly throughout the site, while a single perimeter boundary provides privacy and security for the entire community.

The result is a contemporary residential environment that combines individual living with a strong sense of collective identity.
