DAMAC Hills Villas

The project develops a distinct architectural identity within the predefined parameters of the existing villa typology.

Responding to Dubai’s hot climate, large operable screens were introduced as a defining element of the façade, providing shade and controlling direct sunlight while giving the building its architectural character.

The material palette and earthy tones were selected in response to the surrounding desert landscape, allowing the architecture to feel naturally connected to its context.
