DAMAC Hills Villas

A collection of twelve contemporary townhouses developed within the Kensington district of DAMAC Hills 2 in Dubai.

The project explores the relationship between private living andcommunity landscape, creating homes that balance openness, privacy andeveryday functionality. Architecture, interiors and outdoor spaces are conceived as one integrated experience, shaped around contemporary family life and the climatic conditions of the region.

Natural materials, restrained forms and carefully framed views establish a residential environment defined by comfort, permanence and spatial clarity.
