The project transforms a historic building through a clear dialogue between preservation and contemporary intervention. The original architecture is retained, while a new white volume is introduced within and above the existing structure.

Its light, perforated envelope creates a deliberate contrast with the historic façade, allowing old and new to remain clearly distinct while forming a unified architectural composition.
